Job summary

Family Resource Home Care in Airway Heights, WA is seeking caregivers to provide in-home support across Cheney, Spokane, Airway Heights and nearby areas. If you are compassionate and reliable, you belong here; our team values flexibility, training, and client-focused care.

We offer daily day shifts with pay ranging from $20 to $23.50 per hour, paid orientation, mileage reimbursement, and 24/7 support from staff. Training provided; you can build a steady schedule and grow with us.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels
• Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app
• WA Only – Current valid CEs if you are an HCA

Responsibilities

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car
• Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

DAY shifts daily, providing clients transportation in your reliable vehicle required.

Pay: $20-$23.50

Additional Information

• Washington only – If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). Training is required to be completed within 120-days of hire.
• The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match.
