Preferred Care at Home is seeking In-Home Caregivers to support clients in the greater Burlington area with compassionate, personalized care. Immediate assignments are available for part-time or full-time shifts, with weekly pay and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, mobility support, light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, health monitoring, medication reminders, and accompanying clients to appointments as needed.

Competenze

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality.
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors.
• Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

• Assist clients with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices if needed.

We are looking for caring, dependable, and skilled individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers in the greater Burlingtonarea. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices if needed.

What qualifications we look for:

• Previous caregiverexperience (professional or personal) preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality.
• Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred (for certain clients).
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

We are looking for caregivers who are compassionate and reliable.LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant), CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide), HHA (Home Health Aide) are helpful certifications but NOT required.

No formal training is required -We are glad to offer folks with the desire to learn and help elders a chance to break into the healthcare field. Relevant past jobs that would have offered you experience that is helpful to being a good caregiver include, but are not limited to, working in the restaurant or retail industry, teaching or nannying, housekeeping or maid services, ride share or taxi driving, social work and work with behaviorally challenged individuals.
