Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and assist clients to engage with community opportunities to grow personal goals outside the home.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Applicants must be compassionate, patient, dependable, have strong communication skills, and be able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in clients' homes and assist with skill-building activities.
