Job summary

Home Instead is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers in Wright City, MO to support older adults in their familiar surroundings. You will provide companionship, personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance, helping clients stay safe and independent at home.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilingual/multilingual encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and one-on-one support to seniors in their homes.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, restroom use, and incontinence care.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Help clients with daily routines and activities of daily living.
• Support clients with mobility and safe movement as needed.
• Provide consistent, dependable care while respecting independence and dignity.
