Job summary

Home Instead is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to help seniors live safely and independently at home in Missouri. Earn $16.00–$17.25 per hour with weekly pay, with both part-time and full-time opportunities and a variety of shifts including daytime, evening, overnight and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family).
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and one-on-one support to seniors in their homes.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, restroom use, and incontinence care.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Help clients with daily routines and activities of daily living.
• Support clients with mobility and safe movement as needed.
• Provide consistent, dependable care while respecting each client’s independence and dignity.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
