Job summary

Right at Home in Maryville and surrounding area is hiring caregivers, PCAs and CNAs to provide one-on-one home care. You will help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home with personalized support and compassionate care.

Starting pay from $16 per hour, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, health insurance benefits, and a 401(k) with employer match. Paid training and mileage reimbursement are provided to support your success on the job.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• 6 months of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping.
• Support mobility, transfers and daily routines.
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Travel to client homes throughout the service area.
