Job summary

Right at Home East Tennessee Foothills is hiring Caregivers, PCAs & CNAs to join the area’s leading home care team. We help seniors maintain independence at home through competitive pay, flexible schedules, ongoing training, and supportive leadership.

Your role includes personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility support, companionship, and driving to client homes in the service area. Starting pay from $16/hour, weekly pay, health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and paid

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Age 18 or older.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping.
• Supporting mobility, transfers, and daily routines.
• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Ensuring clients receive compassionate, respectful care.
• Traveling to client homes throughout the service area.
