Job summary

Right at Home Maryville is urgently hiring caregivers/home health aides for clients in the Maryville area. You will perform personal care, mobility assistance, and companionship to support daily living at clients' homes. The role offers flexible shifts and opportunities to grow through paid training.

Ideal candidates have caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to client homes. We provide competitive pay, weekly payroll, and benefits to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and mobility.

• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments.

Responsibilities and Duties:

In this role, you will have the chance to perform personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living, which include (but are not limited to):

• Assisting with transferring/moving client from place to place throughout their home
• Performing housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning the bathroom
• Preparing meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompanying client on errands or medical appointments
• Bathing/Showering/Dressing/Shaving
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
• Dementia care
• Companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc.

Qualifications and Skills:
