Right at Home Simi Valley is seeking dependable caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home support that helps seniors and adults live safely and independently. Flexible shifts across Moorpark, Simi Valley, and Camarillo offer immediate-start opportunities for qualified candidates.

Pay ranges from $17.50 to $20.00 per hour, with weekly pay, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match after one year. Training and supportive team guidance help you succeed in this rewarding role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Must provide a negative TB test or clear chest X-ray.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• One year of caregiving experience is preferred but not required; training and support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Support clients with routine daily activities and personal care needs, as appropriate.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility.
• Provide transportation or accompaniment to errands and appointments when needed.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain a respectful, safe, and supportive home environment.
