Job summary

TheKey is seeking caregivers in Sebastopol, CA for weekend and regular shifts. Earn TOP PAY RATES of $18.50-25.00 per hour while making a meaningful impact in the lives of aging seniors.

We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay with optional daily pay via PayActiv, mileage reimbursement, and benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 401(k) with Employer Match. Training is provided, with 24/7 caregiver support and local management.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain this upon hire) including meeting state background requirements.
• Valid driver's license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, grooming and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support
