Job summary

TheKey is seeking a caregiver in Rohnert Park, CA to provide in-home support for seniors on a Fri-Sun shift. You’ll work 12pm-6pm, drive clients as needed, and use your transfer skills and communication to ensure safety and comfort.

We offer top pay rates from $18.50 to $25.00 per hour, mileage reimbursement, weekly pay with PayActiv option, benefits, paid training and 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• HCA Registration with the State of California (assistance provided on hire) including background requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, grooming and assisting with meals.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments, errands, and grocery shopping.
• Companionship: social and emotional support through activities.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: dressing, grooming and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain this upon hire) including meeting state background requirements
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
