Job description

We are looking for a dependable FULL TIME in-home caregiver for a 74-year-old female client in Russell Springs, KY. This client needs assistance with personal care, housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and companionship. The position requires schedule consistency, with hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, and an additional 5 hours available for weekends.

At Allied Adult, we work with HCBS Medicaid waiver patients needing help in the home. Each patient has different needs, and we match caregivers based on experience and personality. We understand that entering homes of strangers can be nerve-wracking, so we offer meet-and-greet sessions to introduce caregivers to patients and discuss care plans. Our goal is to treat clients as we would our own family. We are flexible with scheduling and aim to match clients to your availability. We use maps to inform you of client locations and try to keep assignments close to home. The onboarding process is online through our employee portal, including paperwork, background checks, and drug screens. Orientation is conducted via an online video call.
