Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and compassionate In-Home Caregivers to provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care to our clients.

As a caregiver, you will play a key role in improving the daily lives of our clients and supporting their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care : bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility support

Provide companionship and emotional reassurance

Support light housekeeping tasks (e.g., laundry, dishes, sweeping)

Assist with meal preparation and feeding support

Offer medication reminders.

Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed

Observe and report changes in client health or environment to supervisors

Follow individualized care plans and adhere to agency policies

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older

  • High school diploma or GED

Valid Washington State HCA or CNA license (or ability to obtain within required timeline)

Current CPR / First Aid certification (or willing to obtain before start date)

Background check and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes

  • Ability to lift, turn or move clients as needed.

Professional, patient, and respectful demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Alzheimer's / dementia care,immobility or hospice support

Previous care giving experience (Professional or personal)

Bilingual skills are a plus!
