Job summary

CareBuilders at Home is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers in Omaha to support clients in their homes. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing meals, hygiene, and companionship while following established care plans.

Applicants should have a HS diploma or equivalent; caregiving experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and background/drug screening are required. Various shift types are available.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).

• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, vacuuming, tidying).
• Accompany to appointments and assist with transportation.
• Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversation.
• Monitor changes in client’s condition and report to supervisor.
• Follow care plans and healthcare professional instructions.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing essential care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with transportation needs
• Engage in meaningful conversation and provide companionship to clients
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
