Job summary

CareBuilders At Home, Inc. is seeking empathetic and reliable caregivers to provide companionship and daily living assistance in clients’ homes. You will support clients with personal care, light housekeeping, and accompanying them to appointments, while ensuring safety and dignity at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform light household tasks. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required).
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
