Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a compassionate In-Home Non-Medical Caregiver to provide companionship and daily living assistance in clients' homes. You will support activities of daily living, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance, while delivering emotional support and monitoring changes in condition.

We offer weekly pay, orientation, an insurance package, flexible scheduling, and travel reimbursement, with an immediate start option and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, senior care, or related experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors.
• Reliable transportation to shifts.
• Must pass required background checks and meet applicable state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and basic household tasks.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders as directed by the client or family.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, shopping, and social activities.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition or behavior.
• Maintain accurate and timely care documentation.

Schedule

Schedules may include part-time, full-time, daytime, evening, overnight, weekend, or PRN work, depending on client needs. We will work with you to determine your preferred schedule!

Compensation

Though we have a base range, pay can increase based on additional qualifications/certifications, schedule incentives, and specific client assignments.
