Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a compassionate In-Home Non-Medical Caregiver to provide companionship and daily living assistance to clients in their homes across Manchester, ME. You will support activities of daily living, mobility, meal prep, and light housekeeping while ensuring safety and dignity.

This position offers weekly pay, paid orientation, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for referrals and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable and respectful.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors.
• Reliable transportation to shifts.
• Must pass required background checks and meet applicable state requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and basic household tasks.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders as directed by the client or family.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, shopping, and social activities.
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition or behavior
• Maintain accurate and timely care documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Schedule

Schedules may include part-time, full-time, daytime, evening, overnight, weekend, or PRN work, depending on client needs. We will work with you to determine your preferred schedule!

Compensation

Though we have a base range, pay can increase based on additional qualifications/certifications, schedule incentives, and specific client assignments.
