Job summary

Right at Home Franklin, TN is seeking caregivers to provide one-on-one support in seniors' homes, helping them live safely and comfortably. You will choose shifts that fit your availability and build a schedule around your life while delivering compassionate care.

Caregivers receive $15–$17 per hour with weekly pay, weekend differential, flexible schedules, health/dental options, and opportunities for paid training and referrals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience required.
• Lift/transfer experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, incontinence care, cleaning, cooking).
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Assist with errands or transportation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the US
• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• 1 year of caregiving experience
• Lift/transfer experience a plus!
