Right at Home Montgomery is looking for Caregivers, Personal Care Assistants, and CNAs to join our team. Build a schedule around your life by selecting shifts that fit your availability and help seniors live safely and comfortably at home.

We offer hourly pay with weekly pay, with options like daily pay via TapCheck, weekend differential, flexible hours, health and dental benefits, training, and referral bonuses. Prior caregiving is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal prep.
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers as needed.
• Run errands or assist with transportation for clients.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assist with acts of daily living like bathing, dressing, incontinence care, cleaning, and cooking.
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Assist with errands or transportations
• Provide companionship and emotional support

Caregiver Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Authorized to work in the US
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
• Some caregiving experience preferred
