Job summary

Right at Home Montgomery is seeking Caregivers, Personal Care Assistants, and CNAs to join our in-home care team. Build a schedule around your life—select shifts that fit your availability and provide one-on-one support to help seniors live safely at home.

Best-in-class pay starting at $11-$13 per hour, with weekly pay. Daily pay option, health and dental options, and paid training are available. Previous caregiving experience is helpful, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Some caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, incontinence care, cooking, light cleaning).
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide transportation or assist with errands.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
