• Remind clients to take prescribed medication.

Job description

We are looking for an In Home Caregiver to join our growing team. The right candidate will have a strong healthcare background. Day-to-day duties include:

• Planning and preparing meals
• Assisting clients with mobility inside and outside the house
• Providing personal hygiene assistance

In Home Caregiver BENEFITS:

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal hygiene, such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating
• Remind clients to take prescribed medication and assist with ambulation
• Help with mobility for appointments or walks
• Plan and prepare meals
• Assist with physical therapy exercises
• Complete shopping or accompany clients
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Report incidents and respond to emergencies
• Support clients with daily activities, including serving meals

Qualifications:

• Enjoy working one-on-one and eager to learn
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Compassionate and supportive attitude
• Availability for various shifts, including nights and weekends
• Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care
• Willing to enforce health and safety standards
• High School Diploma or equivalent; experience as a Caregiver, CNA, or HHA preferred
• Hoyer Lift experience (specific to client)
