Cornerstone Caregiving is growing and we’re seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our team in West Virginia. You’ll help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent while building meaningful relationships with those you serve.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred.
• Applicants must pass pre-employment screening.
• Must be able to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Help with walking, transfers, and mobility
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Provide medication reminders
• Complete light housekeeping and laundry
• Assist with errands or transportation when assigned
• Encourage clients to remain active and independent
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition
• Complete accurate care documentation
• Provide other non-medical assistance outlined in the client’s care plan

What You’ll Do

Every client is different, which means every day as a caregiver can be different. Depending on the client’s needs, you may:
