Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is hiring in-home caregivers to provide non-medical support in clients' homes, with flexible scheduling and weekly pay. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour, with immediate starts and a benefits package. Reliable transportation and background checks are required to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, mobility, transfers, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, errands, appointments, companionship, and daily activities.
• Observe and report changes in client condition and maintain accurate care documentation.

Choose from part-time, full-time, daytime, evening, overnight, weekend opportunities based on client needs. We’ll work with you to find a schedule that fits your availability! WHAT YOU’LL DO: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, feeding, mobility, transfers, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, errands, appointments, companionship, and daily activities. You’ll also observe and report changes in client condition and maintain accurate care documentation. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Previous caregiving, home care, or senior care experience is preferred, but we’re looking for people who are compassionate, patient, dependable, respectful, and trustworthy. Reliable transportation is required. Candidates must pass required background checks and meet applicable state requirements. STARTING PAY: $16.50/HOUR Pay may increase after 90 days based on performance and reliability.
