Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking caregivers to join our team. We value your flexibility and reliability as you support clients with daily living activities and companionship. All caregivers must have a current HCA or CNA license, be at least 18, and have a vehicle for client transport.

Background checks are required. We offer flexible scheduling, paid orientation, and opportunities for ongoing education, with generous referral bonuses and supportive teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have current HCA or CNA license.
• Day shifts with availability, including weekends.
• Own a personal vehicle for client transport.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to pass state and national background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and help with meals, grooming, and daily routines.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands as needed.
• Monitor client condition and report changes to the team.

Our Tacoma branch services Tacoma, Fife, Lakewood, Gig Harbor and nearby surrounding areas! Our open shifts and needs are ever-changing. We are currently looking for caregivers that have a current HCA or CNA license, general day time availability, willing to work short shifts, and that can transport clients. We are looking for candidates available for DAY shifts, DAILY and WEEKENDS!

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• Pay range is $22.75-$23.25/hr

Requirements

• 18 years+
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Personal vehicle for client transporting, valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
