We are seeking a dependable and compassionate caregiver to provide one on one care for older adults in the comfort of their homes. Pay & Benefits

$18-$25 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and shift

• $300 signing bonus after successfully completing 100 hours

5 sick days plus holiday pay

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active California HCA registration or willingness to complete the registration process
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) is a plus but not required
• Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility (push/pull up to 50 lbs and lift up to 30 lbs)
• Strong communication and documentation skills (writing and in-app)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• CNA, HHA, Or Similar Certifications Preferred (not Required)
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
