Cahoon Care Associates, LLC is hiring in-home caregivers to support seniors in their homes across our MA service area, including Hanover. Flexible schedules and multiple openings offer full-time, part-time, and per diem options.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Experience supporting clients with Alzheimer's or dementia is a plus.
• Comfortable assisting with ADLs, mobility, and transfers.
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Current auto insurance.
• Willingness to transport clients when needed.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal prep.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with light housekeeping to maintain a safe home.
• Observe and report changes in clients' condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff.
• Promote client comfort, dignity, and independence.

What You'll Do
