IN-HOME CAREGIVER (PART-TIME POSITION)
FRANKLIN, TN & Surrounding Areas
We are looking for a compassionate in-home caregiverto join our growing team! The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide many levels of support to our clients.
In-Home Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care and assistance to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Assist with light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying up
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
In-Home Caregiver Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
-Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
-Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
In-Home Caregiver Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail in providing care and following instructions
- Physical stamina to assist with lifting, transferring, and mobility support if required
