Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking Caregivers to support clients in their homes across a variety of circumstances in Roseville and surrounding areas. This role focuses on compassionate, non-medical care, companionship, and daily living support delivered with reliability and respect.

You will work with a nationally recognized, independently owned agency that values caregivers and offers flexible scheduling, overtime pay, and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• Proof of current 2-Step TB testing (or willing to obtain).
• Home Care Aide registration with the State of CA (or willing to obtain).
• First Aid and CPR Certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, personal care, companionship, social engagement.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.

Must haves:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)

• Must be physically able to perform the functions of this position
• Have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of sufficient automobile insurance (when applicable)
• Satisfactorily complete SYNERGY HomeCare online training modules as assigned
