Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking caring caregivers to provide non-medical support and companionship in clients' homes. You will help with daily tasks, ensure safety, and foster meaningful interaction with clients and their families.

Roles include childcare or senior care in-home, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and timely medication reminders, with flexible scheduling and reliable shift coverage. Direct deposit and performance recognition programs are part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have own reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide compassionate non-medical care

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Offer in-home childcare or Senior Care as needed
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and covering shifts as required
