SYNERGY HomeCare of Roseville is seeking Home Care Aides to join our nationally recognized agency. You will provide non-medical in-home care, support daily living activities, and brighten clients' days with compassionate service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Proof of current 2-Step TB testing or willingness to obtain.
• Home Care Aide registration with the State of CA or willingness to obtain.
• First Aid and CPR Certification.
• Must be physically able to perform the functions of this position.
• Have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of automobile insurance (when applicable).
• Complete SYNERGY HomeCare online training modules as assigned.
• Available to work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, personal care, companionship, and social engagement.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
