Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking caring caregivers in Florida to support clients with daily living activities, companionship, and safe transportation. You can choose flexible hours that fit your availability, with consistent pay and paid training for orientation and ongoing education.

Our team provides 24/7 caregiver support and personal matching to the right clients. Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, able to pass background checks, and have a personal vehicle with a valid license

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a state and national background check.
• Personal vehicle with valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as cleaning, laundry, dishes.
• Prepare and serve meals.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities.
• Transport clients to store or appointments if needed.
• Monitor and report client condition.

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• • Pay range is $22.75-23.25/hr

Requirements

• 18 years+
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Personal vehicle for client transporting, valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
