Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Citrus Heights, CA is actively seeking experienced professional caregivers. Starting pay $17–$20 per hour DOE, with flexible schedules to fit your availability.

Join a team dedicated to compassionate in-home care for seniors. You will provide non-medical support, build trusted relationships with clients and families, assist with daily tasks, transportation, and household chores while maintaining a safe and respectful home environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, automobile insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• PCA, HHA, CNA license or 6 months of Professional Caregiver experience preferred but not required.
• Open availability a Plus!
• Criminal background, motor vehicle record, and pre-employment drug screening required

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care to seniors in their own homes.
• Establish open communication and develop friendly relationships with seniors and their families.
• Help seniors with daily tasks such as light housekeeping and organization.
• Accompany seniors to the grocery store, doctor appointments and pharmacy visits.
• Organize transportation, ambulation and transfers.
• Encourage activity and movement.
• Inspire a positive, can-do attitude in daily tasks, appointments and hobbies.
• Maintain a trusting and comforting environment in the home
