Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care Cave Creek is seeking an On-site In-Home Caregiver to provide compassionate personal care and companionship to clients in North Phoenix, North Scottsdale, Anthem and Cave Creek. You will support daily living activities, assist with routines, and help maintain independence in clients' homes.

Ideal candidates have DCW or CNA, at least one year of caregiving, and experience with Parkinson's, Dementia, and Alzheimer's, with strong English communication and clear background

Qualifications

• Direct Care Worker Certification (DCW) or higher qualification (CNA preferred).
• A minimum of one year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must have experience with Parkinson's, Dementia and Alzheimer's
• Compassionate and respectful attitude towards the elderly and disabled.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Support clients with morning and evening routines, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Offer transportation assistance to clients for appointments or errands.
• Provide hospice support and engage in a variety of activities that enrich the clients' lives.

Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver at Assisting Hands Home Care Cave Creek, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, on-site personal care and assistance to clients in North Phoenix, North Scottsdale, and the surrounding communities such as Anthem and Cave Creek. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure that each client’s needs are met while maintaining their independence and dignity. Whether you're helping with personal care or companionship, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Job details:

• Male client
• Monday to Friday 3pm to 11pm

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes.

3. MUST HAVE experience with Parkinson's, Dementia and Alzheimer's
4. Compassionate and respectful attitude towards the elderly and disabled.
5. Strong communication skills in English.
6. Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience with hospice care.
2. Are trained in CPR and First Aid.
3. Possess additional certifications in caregiving.

Employment Type:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time with various schedules available.

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in Phoenix, Arizona.
