Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to serve Birmingham, Alabama, and surrounding areas. Join a family-feel franchise with training and support, and opportunities to care for clients in their homes.

As a Caregiver, you will provide companionship, assistance with daily activities, and personal care while building trusted relationships with clients and families. Eligible candidates hold a valid driver’s license, pass a background check, and are TB negitive.

Qualifications

• Evidence of a negative TB test.
• National background check.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming and transferring in and out of bed or chairs.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
