Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is hiring a caregiver for part-time shifts in Minnesota. Pay is $17.79 per hour, with schedules including evening and weekend hours.

You’ll join a mission-driven team and help individuals grow, learn, and live well. You’ll build meaningful relationships, take initiative to support participation in community activities, and help with goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities and community participation.
• Foster meaningful relationships and encourage personal growth.
• Assist with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition goals as needed.
• Coordinate with supervisors and care teams to deliver reliable support.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence in all activities.

• Thursday, Friday 2 pm - 10 pm and every other Saturday and Sunday 8 am - 10 pm

What You’ll Bring To Sevita

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
