Spectrum Community Services seeks a Regular Full-Time Team Lead Support to guide staff delivering in-home services for people with disabilities in Grand Haven, MI. You will model positive teamwork, lead staff, and ensure safety and wellness for consumers in their homes.

You will coordinate with the support team, promote recovery-based practices, and contribute to program quality improvements. A strong driver’s license and background clearances are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Must successfully complete all required background clearances.
• Valid and unrestricted State of Michigan Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Must have reliable and ongoing transportation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support people with disabilities in the consumer's home.
• Provide leadership to the team and staff with direction and support.
• Ensure safe, smooth operation of the consumer's home and monitor health and wellness.
