Job summary

Community Horizons is seeking a Morning Caregiver / Personal Care Worker to assist a local member with their morning routine in the home. You will help with ADLs, transfers using a Hoyer lift, and ensure a respectful start to the day.

The role requires reliability, patience, and strong communication. Shifts are mornings, 10am start, 1–2 hours, Monday through Friday, with compensation at $19.76 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist with morning ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.)
• Apply and creams that may be needed
• Use a Hoyer lift to safely transfer the member into their electric wheelchair
• Provide a calm, respectful, and supportive presence
• Maintain a clean and safe environment during cares
• Some light housekeeping may be included Bed linens changed

About the Role The member is looking for someone to come into the home each morning and assist with personal cares and a safe transfer into their electric wheelchair. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others start their day with comfort, dignity, and confidence.

What You\'ll Do

Preferred Experience

• Hoyer lift experience is a plus

Schedule & Hours Morning shifts Start time 10am and the shift is 1 to 2 hours long Consistent weekly schedule of Monday through Friday
