Qualifications

• Direct care experience in IDD/TBI settings is required.
• Minimum 1 year in home care.
• Driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Ability to pass registry clearances and background checks.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support and advocacy to clients with disabilities.
• Assist with ADLs, mobility, and community integration.
• Ensure health, safety, and documentation of services.
• Collaborate with the treatment team and communicate with supervisors.
