Job summary

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Hutchinson, KS is seeking a dedicated scheduler to coordinate the day-to-day care delivered by field staff in the homes of our clients. This role offers growth opportunities and a chance to make a meaningful impact in the community.

You will schedule hours, manage ongoing relationships with clients and their families and with field staff, interview candidates, troubleshoot issues, maintain client files, and prepare monthly summaries and reports for review.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to staff caregivers with clients.
• Experience handling multi-line phone systems.
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
• Office experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling hours to be delivered in the homes of our clients.
• Manage ongoing relationships with clients, client families and field staff.
• Interviewing potential field staff employees
• Troubleshooting problems and providing resolution
• Maintain client file documents.
• Maintain Monthly Summaries/Reports and submission.
• Review potential client documents before accepting
