Job summary

Heartfelt Care Solutions in Oregon is seeking a compassionate RN to provide clinical oversight, nursing supervision, and delegation for in-home care services.

The RN will assess clients, supervise caregivers and CNAs, ensure OSBN and OHA compliance, maintain high-quality, client-centered care, and serve as a clinical resource for staff.

This role offers a flexible schedule and meaningful work within a supportive team, with compensation up to $55–$63 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Current, active Oregon RN license in good standing.
• Understanding of client rights, confidentiality, and HIPAA requirements.
• Ability to complete a criminal background check and fitness determination.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgement.
• Ability to educate, supervise, and support unlicensed caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing supervision and clinical oversight of caregivers and CNAs.
• Perform nursing delegation in accordance with OSBN requirements.
• Assess clients to determine the appropriateness of delegated nursing tasks.
• Provide instruction, supervision, and follow-up for delegated tasks.
• Reassess as required based on client condition and delegation requirements.
• Ensure caregivers perform assigned tasks safely and within their scope of practice.
• Collaborate with Administrator regarding clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
