Job summary

Domnovate Healthcare seeks an experienced registered nurse for a 16-week W-2 assignment in Battle Creek, MI. The role spans clinic and in-home visits, delivering personalized, coordinated care to frail older adults and supporting care plans, chronic condition monitoring, wound care, medications, and timely assessments.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, travel between centers if required, and participate in on-call, weekend and holiday coverage with standby compensation as applicable.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or associate degree from an accredited program.
• Active RN license in Michigan with at least 1 year of frail older adults/long-term care experience.
• CPR certification (AHA) preferred or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in clinic and in participants' homes.
• Monitor chronic conditions and support care plans.
• Wound care, medications administration and timely assessments.
• Travel between centers may be required; reliable transportation.
