Job summary

Golden Years Home Care in California is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our in-home care team. You will provide personal care, companionship, and assist clients to live safely at home.

We offer flexible schedules, a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked, and competitive pay of $18–$20 per hour. Travel up to 25 miles may be required. We also provide training and support to help you grow in home care.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fully vaccinated or exemption
• Current TB test or clear X-ray
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
