Visiting Angels Richardson is seeking a compassionate In Home Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to support clients across North Texas, including Addison and surrounding areas. You will provide hands-on care, companionship, and help with daily activities in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle to transport clients.
• Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• First Aid and emergency response training—provided if needed.
• Excellent time-management and ability to juggle multiple duties.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with light physical exercise or walks.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Handle light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or unusual incidents.
• Provide companionship and support.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Accompany and supervise clients during shopping trips.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
• Assist with mobility and activities at home and during appointments.
