Job summary

CareBuilders at Home is seeking an empathetic and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential personal care services to clients in their homes. The role emphasizes compassionate, non-judgmental care while following each client’s plan of care and HIPAA guidelines.

Position includes competitive pay of $20–$22 per hour, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, and benefits like tuition reimbursement and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved CNA program and/or successful passing of a competency evaluation.
• Meets state-specific CNA certification requirements and holds unrestricted certification.
• At least six months of CNA experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current CPR as required by client facility; other health/screening tests as required by facilities/regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Complies with CareBuilders at Home policies/procedures.
• Adheres to client facility nursing policies/procedures.
• Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Documents patient care as assigned and in line with facility policies.
