Granite State Independent Living in Derry, NH seeks Attendant Care Employees (ACE) for per diem positions. You will assist consumers with daily living activities, promote independence, and provide in-home care with flexible schedules set by consumers.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, transfers, meal prep, laundry and light housekeeping; medication reminders and lifting device use may be needed. LNA license is not required; must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 pounds; car insurance

• LNA license is not required for this position.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds or more.

Responsabilidades

• Assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, eating).
• Provide in-home care and range of motion/exercises.
• Laundry, meal preparation, housekeeping, organization.
• Assisting with ambulation and transfers; use of lifting devices with training.
• Medication reminders and community-based support.
