Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience performing in-home health assessments for elderly clients.
• Ability to discuss non-medical care needs and document findings clearly.
• Must be able to travel to clients within the Los Angeles region.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home assessments with elderly clients in their homes.
