Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking a person to perform in-home assessments of elderly clients in the Traverse City area, within a 2-hour drive.

Assessments are 30 minutes, conducted at clients' homes, focusing on non-medical care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and light housekeeping. Compensation is $40 per hour, travel time also paid at $40/hour, with a flexible schedule 8am–8pm, Monday through Sunday, including weekends.

Qualifications

• In-person assessments of elderly clients at their homes within the Traverse City area.
• Prefer RN or LVN/LPN license, but not required.
• Background check will be performed.
• TB skin test required if not current.
• Travel within 2-hour drive of Traverse City.
• Flexible schedule: 8am–8pm, Monday–Sunday; weekends allowed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 30-minute in-home assessments and document client care needs.
