A Place At Home PHX Metro in Mesa, AZ is hiring caregivers to support Veterans in their own homes. Part-time and full-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

As a caregiver you will assist with activities of daily living, provide companionship, help with meals and light housekeeping, transport to appointments, and follow each client's care plan with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving or related experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and scheduling.
• Able to perform the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers when needed.
• Follow each client's care plan and service instructions.
• Communicate changes in a client's condition or needs to the care team.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for clients.

Now Hiring Caregivers | Part-Time & Full-Time | $17–$19+ per hour

We primarily serve Veterans, providing compassionate in-home support that helps them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Experience working with Veterans is a plus, but it is not required.

Caregiver Responsibilities
