Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and scheduling.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team.
• Must meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
• Assist with errands, appointments, transportation.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
• Follow personalized care plans and service instructions.
• Communicate changes to the team about client needs.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment.
