Job summary

Granite State Independent Living (GSIL) in North Conway, NH is seeking Attendant Care Employees (ACE) for per diem shifts. You will provide in-home care and support to promote consumer independence with compassionate assistance. Flexible schedules range from 10–15 hours a week, set by the consumer.

The position offers per diem compensation at $18.00 per hour. A high school diploma is not required, you must be 18+, and you may need to lift up to 50 pounds and have adequate car insurance if

Qualifications

• LNA license is not required for this position.
• High school diploma not required for this position.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be able to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds or more.
• Adequate car insurance (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, eating).
• Provide in-home care.
• Range of motion/exercises.
• Laundry, meal preparation, housekeeping, organization etc.
• Assisting with ambulation and transfers.
• Use of mechanical lifting devices (will provide training if necessary).
• Medication assistance (reminding a consumer of when it is time to take their medication).
• Providing support in the community with running errands.
